Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites you to take part in the tender for the selection of a service provider for Construction and installation works, production and installation / dismantling of Commercial and Advertising equipment for sales offices across the Russian Federation for 2 years. The tender will be held by lots by type of work and by geography of work.
To participate in the tender you must:
1. Fill in the participant's questionnaire (provide in pdf format with signature and seal and doc)
2. Agree to the Privacy Statement by signing it
3. Fill in the file Participant contacts
4. Provide scans of the balance sheets, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority, scans of the profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority; completed in accordance with the attached reporting excel-template
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / six months / 9 months, then reporting for 3 periods is provided: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If a participant belongs to a holding, consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
