Subject of purchase: Installation and dismantling of split systems Haier and TCL, MHI, LESSAR, FUJITSU, QuattroClima, and ventilation systems.

Works are carried out within the framework of projects for transfer, replacement, modernization of existing air conditioning systems and commissioning of new air conditioning systems of PJSC "VimpelCom".

Geography of work: Russia.

The list of federal districts of the Russian Federation with the indication of the cities in which it is necessary to perform works is presented in Appendix No. 4.

To confirm readiness to perform work in a particular federal district, it is necessary to fill in the Application on Geography (Appendix №4)

On the basis of the completed Geography Application from all participants, PJSC "VimpelCom" makes a decision on division of geography into lots. In the next stage of the tender, the participants will be prequalified for each of the allocated lots.

A detailed description of the subject of purchase is specified in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 5).

To confirm readiness to perform work in a particular federal district, it is necessary to fill in the Application on Geography (Appendix №4)

Planned procurement stages:

Phase 1. Creating a list of stakeholders.

Phase 2. Sending requirements to participants and prequalification of participants.

Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.

Step 4. Selection of winners.

Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.

To complete Phase 1, the following documents must be submitted to DBolgar@beeline.ru by 15:00 (MSK) on February 19, 2020. (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the organization/Installation of SCR). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.

It is also necessary to provide the following documents:

- Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2020. ; $

- The current version of the charter with current changes;

- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;

- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;

- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;

- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).

Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:

the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $

each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example: Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);

The approximate date of submission of qualification requirements is February 24, 2020. Summing up the qualification — March 09, 2020.
