Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Forwarder specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after the signing of the act of services rendered and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

We ask you:
• Consider the proposed FTL traffic volumes
• Conditions of carriage (tariffs and delivery times)
• More than 90% of all shipments are carried out on the basis of "fast delivery"
• Offer "guarantees for the provision of transport along the routes on a daily basis (auto / day)
• For fast and regular delivery

Auto guarantees - the number of vehicles that we can count on when distributing shares, and you guarantee its delivery for at least until the end of the year

What do we offer:
• Long-term cooperation with the largest e-commerce partners in Russia
• Stable traffic volume both in high and throughout the next year
• Excellent loading / unloading conditions (work in schedule) - that is, your vehicles will not "hang" while waiting for loading / unloading
• Fast turnover of transport

Based on the results of this request, there will be:
• Winners nominated
• Contracts / DS to contracts concluded
• Allocated routes / volumes planned for transportation (fixed shares) until the end of 2020
• An assessment of the work of partners / carriers during the high season was carried out.
KPI is measured on the terms specified in the contract

Companies that have shown themselves well in work with both scheduled transportation and work with spot volume will be nominated for work at the beginning of 2021 (January-April)

Carrier's responsibility:
for the provision of a car that does not correspond to the application (-20% of the tariff)
for being late for loading and / or unloading (-20% of the tariff)
non-delivery of the car according to the application confirmed by the carrier (-100% of the tariff)
non-delivery of the car within the framework of the guarantees provided (-100% of the tariff)
deviation from the planned delivery time> hours (-100% of the tariff)
liability of the carrier only within the framework of the guarantees provided and confirmed claims for carriage

Customer responsibility:
Based on the results of the tender, distribute the route / share of traffic among the winners of this request

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
