Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and is not governed by Art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061 h . 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw from all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without giving any reason, without any liability to the Participants.
2. The proposal must be uploaded, followed by a documentation review.
3. The participant must submit an offer in the form of a completed EXCEL Table (based on the form in the attachment), a complete package of documents (see incorporation documents for legal entities), with a reference sheet attached similar work experience.
4. Incomplete KPs are not accepted for tender.
5. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Notice, the Promoter may reject without explanation and recognize the documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant shall not in accordance with the requirements of this competition procedure.
6. The winning bidder is approved by the Chairman of the Tender Committee, based on the results of all aggregate factors (price, acceptance of payment terms, availability/no advance, completion date, accreditation in the security service).
