2. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, cost per unit, delivery time, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification data" table, it is strictly necessary to select /fill in the values from those proposed in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is PROHIBITED (!!!) to change the values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format – must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. To do this, you need:
Print the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
certify the technical and commercial proposal, necessarily indicating the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
scan the certified file (A4 format).
