Comments: The tender is conducted in 3 stages:
1. Collect technical and commercial offers at www.b2b-center.ru.
2. Google Meet conference calls with tender participants.
3. Collect refined technical and commercial offers.
Initial participation in tender procedures at www.b2b-center.ru is possible through promotional codes (FREE).
To obtain the promo code, you must send a promo code request to the tender organizer's email (Komissarova Nadezhda - komissarovank@pik-comfort.ru), which includes the name of the company and the INN.
Promo code request is only possible after registration at the B2V-Center ETP. Therefore, please pay attention to the early registration at the B2B-Center ETP.
In the future, you will need to pay a subscription fee according to the selected B2V-Center ETP tariff.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING IN AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
The technical and commercial offer must fill all cells highlighted in green: company name, cost per product, delivery time, qualification details, etc. You can apply for 1 of the Lots, but within 1 lot, you must apply for all positions.
The Qualification Information table is mandatory! In the Qualification Information table, you need to strictly select/fill out the values from the proposed parentheses (...).
The technical and commercial offer is PROHIBITED (!!! ) change values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial offer must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled Excel Format — Required to be filled (do not need to be certified)
2. Scan in pdf format. This requires:
¾ print the completed sentence in A4 format so that prices are visible.
¾ assure a technical and commercial offer, with full name, signature and print on EVERY PAGE;
¾ scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. To TKP, please attach a card with company details
Applications for the tender are accepted until 09:00 on 19 July 2021.
Technical and commercial offers must be attached to the bid at the b2b electronic bidding centre site. The site link is https://www.b2b-center.ru/.
Attention! OBLIGATORY!
All counterparties of Mayak LLC must have a clearance to operate with Majak GK.
To do so, you must be accredited on the Peak Comfort website by following: https://tender.pik-comfort.ru/accreditation/user.

Accreditation is a parallel tender application process, but MANDATORY. The Security Department needs to be decided by the time the tender winner is selected.
