The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial offers on the website www.b2b-center.ru.
2. Google Meet phone conferences with participants of the tender.
3. Collection of refined technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible by promo codes (FREE).
To receive the promo code, it is necessary to send a request for the promo code, which indicates the name of the company and TIN at the mail of the tender organizer (Komissarova Nadezhda - komissarovank@pik-comfort.ru).
Promo code request is possible only after registration at ETP V2B-Center. Therefore, we draw your attention to advance registration at ETP B2B-Center.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay the subscription fee according to the selected tariff for ETP V2B-Center.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial offer you need to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, tariff, qualification information, etc. It is possible to apply for 1 of the lots, but within the Lot it is necessary to apply for the entire volume.
Table "Qualification Information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification Information" table, you must strictly select/fill the values from the proposed in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial offer PROHIBITED (!!! ) change the values in all cells except the green ones!
The technical and commercial offer must be sent in two formats:
1. The completed "Excel" format is necessarily filled (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. This requires:
¾ print the completed sentence in A4 format so that the prices are visible.
¾ to assure the technical and commercial offer, necessarily with the name, signature and seal on each page;
¾ scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. To TKP please attach a card with the details of the company
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 09:00 on June 03, 2021.
