Comments: The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collecting technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru.
2. Google Meet phone conferences with bidders.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.

4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial offer, you must fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, tariff, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification Data" table, you must strictly select / fill in the values from the ones suggested in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial offer, it is FORBIDDEN ( !!! ) to change the values in all cells, except for the green ones!
The technical and commercial offer must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in "Excel" format-must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. To do this, you need to:
¾ print the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
¾ to certify the technical and commercial offer, it is mandatory to indicate the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
¾ scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. Please attach a card with the company's details to the TAP
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 18: 00 on June 17, 2021.
