Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
To participate in the trading procedure, you need to provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer with indication of:
- cost for each type of waste (rubles/unit, rubles/kg) and including VAT, and without VAT;
- the period of response to the application;
- term of payment;
- willingness to incur penalties; $
- warranty period; $
- whether you are a VAT payer;
2. Reference list for similar works, and if there is experience with Rusagro GC (even if not similar) then specify
3. to provide documents confirming the right to carry out this activity
4. To confirm the availability of the necessary equipment;


Without the complete set of the above documents your offer will not be considered!

ATTENTION: Participation in the tender means the agreement of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract: tax clause, consent to disclosure of trade secrets. These documents are attached to the tender.
