Mandatory requirements for participants:

• All tariffs must be indicated in rubles without reference to the exchange rate;
• Commercial conditions are fixed for the period of the contract (exception - fuel growth by more than 10% from the date of signing tariffs and annual changes in Russian Railways tariffs);
• The supplier is obliged to unconditionally accept the standard form of the Company's TEU contract (it will be sent to those who pass the qualification stage);
• The fleet of vehicles on the balance sheet of the participant's company or on the balance sheet of a legal entity affiliated with the founders or directors - at least 20 units of 20 tons (awning and / or ref) - for auto participants; Be ready to submit for inspection 2 complete sets of statutory documents (for the company of the tenderer and an affiliated legal entity, as well as, upon request, submit for inspection 40 PTS (20 tractor, 20 p / p).
• The presence of at least 3 contracts with key railway services (the contract with Russian Railways is not taken into account) - for railway participants;
• The main activity of the company is the provision of cargo transportation services;
• Forwarder / carrier liability insurance (not cargo!) Limit for 1 insured event not less than 5 million rubles;
• Office in the Russian Federation, the contract is concluded only with a Russian legal entity. face;
• The organizational and legal form of the company - everything, except for individual entrepreneurs;
• The share of Leroy Merlin in the supplier's business should be no more than 30%;
• Submission of applications for participation in the tender from affiliated legal entities is prohibited.
