Comments:
-procedure for requesting proposals is not a Competition (tendering form) provided art. 447-449 CC of the RF.
The customer has the right to reject all proposals received for any reason and not to enter into the contract or terminate the procedure request bids at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacing the stated products similar, should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products. Change the thickness of the walls of the diversion allowed only upwards.
- The offered products must be certified and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation.
- Basis of delivery at the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership-a warehouse of consignee.
