Comments:
-the procedure of request for proposals is not a contest (form of Bidding) provided by art. 447-449 of the Russian civil Code.
The customer has the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason and not to conclude a contract or to terminate the procedure of request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared products to the similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered Products. Change of qualification is allowed only in the direction of increase of cleanliness.
- The products offered must be certified and supplied with all the necessary documentation.
- Delivery Basis-consignee's Warehouse.
- Transfer of Ownership-consignee's Warehouse. Delivery in several stages is Possible. Delivery time october-november, 2018
