Comments:
-the procedure of request for proposals is not a contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to enter into a contract or terminate the procedure of request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared products with the similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered production. Change of qualification is allowed only in the direction of increase of cleanliness.
- The offered products should be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- Delivery basis-Consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership-warehouse of consignee. Delivery in several stages is possible.
