- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product. - The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation.
