Payment terms:- Option 1: Payments will be made once, upon completion of the entire scope of work within 30 calendar days from the date of their execution, on the basis of the submission of an accurate and correct invoice and an act of acceptance - delivery of work, signed by the Supplier and the Customer.
- Option 2: Payments will be made in stages, upon completion of the stage of work within 30 calendar days from the date of execution, on the basis of the submission of an accurate and correct invoice and an act of acceptance - delivery of work, signed by the Supplier and the Customer.
Delivery terms:The term of the work is no later than April 30, 2022.

- Attach a calculation of the estimated cost of work in current prices, compiled by the resource method (in Excel format).
- Attach a completed and certified Bid Form.
- Taking into account the unification of a number of procurement functions and tools of the EuroChem and SUEK Group of Companies, it is necessary to undergo accreditation in the SRM system of SUEK JSC. Accreditation documents are attached.
