At this stage, we ask you to provide scanned copies of the following documents on the site by 10-00 Moscow time on 05/21/2024 inclusive:
1) Commercial offer (Appendix 3 - pdf (signature, seal));
2) Specification (Appendix 3.1 - pdf (signature, printing), excel)
