Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Forwarder specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after the signing of the act of services rendered and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

Comments:
I invite you to take part in the request for the provision of a tariff for air transportation from the Ozone warehouse to the points of issue of orders.

In the attachment:
• Agreement template for reviewing the terms of cooperation.
• Technical task:
o 1 tab "TK" - detailed terms of reference. In column "D" select an answer from the drop-down list. If there are comments, please enter them in column "E"
o 2 tab "request for quotation". The current directions, the number of unloading points in each direction and the estimated volumes are indicated.
It is necessary to indicate the tariffing in rubles excluding VAT per 1 kg, as well as the actual delivery time in days. Columns L and N
• API for integrating the carrier with the Ozon information system (optional).

Request schedule:
o From 02.07 to 12.07 until 12:00 collection of commercial offers.
o 12.07 - 14.07 analysis of commercial offers.
o 14.07 - 18.07 stage 2, rebidding.
o 07.19-21.07 - summing up, concluding an agreement with the leaders of the request.
* In the process, documents will be requested and online meetings with participants will be held.

Planned launch of routes in 3-4 weeks, after the end of the tender
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
