Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Customer under the contract on the basis of the invoice within 30 (thirty) business days from signing of the Act of acceptance of works (services) by the Parties by transferring non-cash assets to the account of the Forwarder.
Delivery terms:The place, terms and conditions of services provision are determined by Requests for cargo transportation and freight forwarding services. After signing the contract the Requests shall be approved by exchanging the information electronically or by fax, and from the time of signing are deemed as an essential part of the contract.
