Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Customer under the contract on the basis of the invoice within 30 (thirty) business days from signing of the Act of acceptance of works (services) by the Parties by transferring non-cash assets to the account of the Forwarder.
Delivery terms:to a specific place, terms and conditions of provision of services shall determine the request forwarder freight and forwarding services (feasibility study) cargo. After signing the contract the Requests shall be approved by exchanging the information electronically or by fax, and from the time of signing are deemed as an essential part of the contract.
