Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 working days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the moment of signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.

Comments:
1) KP must be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the boot documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse
- type of packaging (according to the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 for this type of goods);
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse in calendar days;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) Products must be new, not used;
4) Conformity certificates, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates must be attached to the commercial proposal;
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
6) This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
