Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Deferral of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of accounting documents (s-f, bargaining12) and copies of quality certificates. We are considering other payment terms.
All products must be new.
Delivery terms:It is possible to adjust the volumes of the material. Delivery of the material in agreed batches upon preliminary request. Delivery time within 3-5 days from the date of approval of the application. Perm, Industrial street 84b / 98. The approximate delivery period is from 01.04.2021-15.06.2021. Fixing prices for the delivery period. Delivery costs are included in the price of the product.
All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the price of the product.

Comments:
In the commercial offer, I ask you to highlight separately with delivery, the following possible agreed parties (20 m3 / 40 m3 / 80 m3 / 100 m3 / 120m3).
Also, to the commercial proposal, attach a certificate of conformity, a fire safety certificate, a sample passport, test reports.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
