Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier's settlement account, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the MTS to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The proposed list is for informational purposes, the number of purchased goods may vary in total, according to the need of the buyer.
The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd is included in the cost of the shopping center.
The deadline is NO more than 3-5 working days from the date of signing the purchase specification

Comments:
The price is fixed for the delivery period. The delivery of goods and materials will be carried out according to the need of the buyer from 2 to 4 pcs. Delivery time is no more than 5 working days due to urgent repairs!!!!
We kindly request, when submitting applications for participation in the procurement procedure, to set prices taking into account the terms, conditions of payment and delivery. In case of non-compliance with the terms of the procurement procedure, the organizer of the auction reserves the right not to consider the submitted application.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
