Payment terms:

4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products sent to the regions of the Far North and areas equivalent to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";
5. Certificates of conformity, passport, quality document, safety data sheet, container certificate must be attached to the KP;
6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packaged goods, each item must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;
7. The products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuance of the CP;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: the lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience, agreement with the contract.
This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations
