Payment terms:
100% post payment upon receipt of the corresponding batch of goods and materials at the intermediate warehouse of the TD in Aldan within 10 banking days (upon receipt by the Buyer of the originals of the transfer documents).

Comments: 1) Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.

The design of the package (shipping container) must provide the ability to transport goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo (goods). The design of the package should be made in such a way as not to impede free access to the contents of the package.
Rolled metal (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). A bundle of packages must withstand the weight of the load in a bundle during loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of rolled metal from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or a factory label from the manufacturer).
Also, in order to prevent shortage of goods and materials during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - on the list of goods and materials that cannot be visually calculated in the cut (pipe, channel, etc.).
