100% post payment upon receipt of the corresponding batch of goods and materials to the intermediate warehouse of the TD in N.Bestyah within 20 banking days (if the Buyer receives the original transfer documents).

Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.

4) The product must be new, not used;

6) Packing list must be filled in before shipment (see example of filling in a purchasing house
documentation), stick the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of documents to the customer by e-mail.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
In the proposed KP, specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for shipping;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Manufacturer links;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery dates;
6) The supplier's attitude to the products supplied (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
8) Full compliance with the name of the goods and materials in the commercial offers (hereinafter in the shipping documents) requested in the purchase.

- The design of the package (shipping container) must provide the possibility of transporting goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, in depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo (goods). The package must be designed in such a way as not to interfere with free access to the contents of the package.
Rolled metal products (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). The bundle of packages must withstand the weight of the cargo in the package during loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of rolled metal from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or a factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent the shortage of inventory items during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - to the list of inventory items that can not be visually calculated in a section (pipe, channel, etc.).
