Delivery, loading and unloading, lifting to the installation site and connecting equipment at the customer’s site should be included in the price of the equipment.

Comments:
A warranty on the equipment is preferably 24 months, but not less than 12 months.
The equipment supplied must be new and certified.
Replacement with similar equipment from another manufacturer is not possible.
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Protocol of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.
