Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:30% prepayment, 70% postpayment, within 30 cal. days from the date of delivery (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the original accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation)
Delivery terms:The delivery (cooperation) period is from 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020, i.e. not less than 1 year. By the expiry of the specified period a new tender for the next period is going to be held.
Delivery procedure in accordance with the schedule agreed by the Parties.
The products are delivered through the self-delivery of products by the General Contractor / Subcontractor of Tander JSC from the Supplier’s warehouse according to the conditions contained in the Order, or if the Supplier wins with an offer that includes delivery costs, by means of the Supplier’s delivery according to the conditions contained in the Order.

Dear suppliers!

1. SPECIAL ATTENTION!
All mandatory requirements for filling out an offer and templates are indicated in the file: "Instructions for the spacecraft."

Please note that the positions are divided depending on the delivery conditions (pickup or delivery by the supplier).

2. Participants are allowed to participate in tenders for the lot if they have a warehouse within the region indicated in the name of the Lot.

3. Participants are allowed to participate in the bidding for the delivery with the delivery of equipment to any object within the region specified in the name of the Lot.

4. Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year. Readiness to fix prices for more than 1 year is a competitive advantage of the Participant.

5. MANDATORY requirement for participants - additional filling in tables and attaching them to the proposal:
- KP Delivery by region;
- Check list;
- Appendix 11
- TK.

6. Delivery contracts are concluded between suppliers and contractors of Tander JSC "Gene in a row".

7. Prices must be provided in rubles.

Only ONE LEGAL ENTITY can participate in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIATED (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of filing.
No E-signature is required.
