Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person and on a letterhead, a quality passport and a certificate of conformity, an official dealer agreement signed a copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of required documents is specified in Appendix No. 3).
The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the quotation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Важно:Технико-коммерческое предложение должно обязательно содержать следующее:
1. Коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки и НДС, условия оплаты);
2. Срок поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
3. Срок гарантии.
Важно:Договор по форме Покупателя в обязательном порядке.
Важно:Формат коммерческого предложения приложен (Приложение №1).
Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате;
