Payment terms:
1.Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation costs to the buyer's warehouse
2. Payment of 100% within 60 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse.
3. Payment for the goods can be made by the Buyer by transferring to the Supplier a bank bill of the Security Service of the Russian Federation with a maturity of 30 days. The transfer of the promissory note is carried out according to the act of acceptance and transfer.
4. In case of Supplier's refusal to fulfill obligations under the concluded Contract, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 20% of the contract value.
