2) - 4.5 tons, delivery period December 2021 - September 2022, according to the Buyer's schedule (0.5 - 1 tons/month)

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to pass RUSAGRO accreditation. Deferment of payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by road, on pallets, to our warehouses. The commercial offer should indicate the willingness to work under the standard TB Agreement. In case of the same price, preference is given to the Supplier who is ready to work under the standard TB Agreement.
All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is necessary to attach a certified route of vehicles to the ETP (with a bypass of ASF zones).
The bidding will be held in the 1st stage. We work according to our contract form and annexes (attached). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a full set of statutory documents (enclosed).
When submitting each new application, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B ETP.
Tambov Bacon LLC chooses the final choice of suppliers and volumes based on intra-group regulations and rules.
It will also be necessary to submit to the tax service "consent to recognize part of the information of tax secrets about the existence (settling/non-regulation) of an unformed source along the supply chain goods (works/services) to deduct the amount of VAT that are publicly available".
