Comments:
1. Подписание договора в течение 5 дней в редакции ОАО "Коршуновский ГОК" (см. вложенный файл).
2. Запасные части новые.
3. На продукцию должны быть сертификат качества , сертификат происхождения.
I. ПОСТАВЩИК ДОЛЖЕН БЫТЬ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЕМ, подтвержденным соответствующим сертификатом от производителя (Обязательное прикрепление документации к предложению).
II. Предоставление уставных документов (см. список в закупочной документации) обязательно во время подачи предложения.
III.Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности
4. При подаче предложения соблюдение выставленных требований обязательны.
5. Подписание договора только в редакции покупателя
