- срок действия цены (не менее 30 дня(-ей));
– срок поставки в календарных днях;
- условия оплаты (по факту поставки), в случае предоплаты, обязательное предоставлении банковской гарантии в размере суммы договора;
– какими документами подтверждается качество товара (сертификат качества, паспорт).
