1. The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;

3. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Be sure to attach the CP with the manufacturer's indication. In case equivalents are suggested, please, specify the manufacturer and the technical parameters in the commercial proposal.
