The organizer is entitled to stage 2 (reschedown) in the event of an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. No more than 30% of applicants with the best prices of the total number of participants will be admitted prior to the rebid. The winner of the procedure will be the bidder's proposal, the best conditions according to the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
