Comments:
1. This competitive procedure upon the prior choice of the Supplier shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the implementation of the Commercial Request Procedure proposals which (like the Provider's pre-selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not governed by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received under any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.$
3. The Model Agreement shall be sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which shall be held by the Competitive Procedure Organizer after the end of this procedure on electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. Model Contract Template Organizer sends interested potential suppliers on additional request
5. The participant of this procedure shall submit a Business proposal on the Model Form of the Promoter of the Procedure. Indication of the manufacturer of oils and other materials for purchase MANDATORY
6. Organization/documentation that does not conform to the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant does not to meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
