MTS PJSC accepts proposals for carrying out maintenance, routine, scheduled repairs, emergency recovery
works (AVR), modernization of air conditioning and ventilation systems at the facilities of the radio access network
MTS PJSC is located in the Arkhangelsk region
and invites your company to participate in this procedure.

As part of an open request for proposals, it is necessary:
1. Study the submitted documentation (TOR);
2. Attach all Documentation according to the list of Requirements. Read and agree/disagree
with a list of requirements for the Participant and his proposal (Attachment "Declaration of
Conformity", as well as requirements as part of the TOR). In case
of non-submission of any documents, it is necessary to provide
an information letter about the reasons for their non-submission in pdf format.
