Company "T2-Mobile", brand Tele2, invites organizations to take part in the pre-qualification selection of companies to perform works on technical maintenance, emergency and Operational works on Tele2 in the macroregion North-West (Arkhangelsk, Veliky Novgorod, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, St. Petersburg).
At this stage it is necessary to provide:
1. The Participant's questionnaire in scanned form (signature, date, stamp).
2. A list of copies of the documents on the organization specified in Appendix 2 (and Annex 2 itself in excel format).
3. Agreement on NDA Tele2 in scanned form.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data in scanned form (signature, date).
5. Participant's guide in excel format.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
