3. Reference list, in case of lack of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (the template is attached to the auction).

5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);

6. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Annex No. 1 to this tender.
