A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer / Reseller
2. Warranty period / expiration date (at goods and materials, work, services, etc.)
3. Cost without VAT per unit of lot (must be indicated in Russian rubles)
5. Terms of payment (advance payment or deferred payment, if the advance payment indicate the security of the advance payment or its absence).
(Recommended conditions of RUSAGRO Group of Companies - 100% deferral of payment no earlier than 30 (thirty) business days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
6. Indicate experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (or lack thereof), indicate experience in the market - how many years.

8. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without amending:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- consent to disclosure of trade secrets (attached to bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
9. To conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a full package of documents, your application will not be considered.
