1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) Results of evaluation of corporate security in terms of possible cooperation risks.
The entire volume is divided into 2 Lots:
1. - carrying out maintenance of sales offices in the cities of Siberia
2. - carrying out maintenance of sales offices in the cities of the Far East
Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill in Appendix No. 5 with primary prices for each Lot of the application. The composition of the Lots and the address program are shown on the List "Lot Composition"
3) fill out the financial assessment form (Appendix No. 6) submit only in electronic form (XLS). To be completed for the last three reporting years.
