Comments: To participate in the procurement event, the supplier must:

Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (pdf, jpg);
- Each scanned document should have a short title corresponding to its content.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.
