Transportation costs for the delivery of goods by the transport company to the Consignee's warehouse in Yaroslavl, Sovetskaya str., 81 (warehouse 90) shall be borne by the Supplier. (required condition)

Comments:
1. The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B–Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.
2. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids, without imposing liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a supply agreement in the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the Call for Bidding announcement.
