1. Информации о кадрах предприятия –
• Кадровый состав по должностям и профессиям и среднесписочная численность;
• Документация по результатам аттестации и обучения персонала по направлению деятельности;
2. Наличие собственных/собственных и привлеченных машин, механизмов, оборудования (приложить сведения)
3. Наличие опыта работ / поставок (референц-лист)
4. Документы, подтверждающие качество продукции (сертификаты качества, соответствия, паспорта изделий)
Для прохождения финансового аудита ПАО «ЧТПЗ» необходимо предоставить документы (приложить к заявке):
Форма 1 - бухгалтерский баланс на последнюю отчетную дату ;
Форма 2 – отчет о финансовых результатах за последний отчетный год.
