Auto-extension

Payment terms:Авансовый платеж - 50% в течение 7 банковских дней со дня выставления поставщиком счета. Окончательный расчет в размере 50% осуществляется заказчиком в течение 15 банковских дней с даты получения счет-фактуры и подписания товарно-транспортной накладной.
Delivery terms:Поставщик производит доставку товара своими силами до склада Покупателя. К поставке принимается продукция от заводов - производителей, представителей производителя, официальных дилеров и дистрибьютеров. Наличие паспорта качества, либо иного документа, удостоверяющего качество товара, при поступлении на склад обязательно. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым и не восстановленным. При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копиий: счёт-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов, подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
