Comments:
Participants have the right to make several alternative offers for several product variants that meet the Customer's requirements. For example, for products of various trademarks.
The participant provides free samples of the goods.
Samples can be used for testing and are non-refundable.
Product samples must be provided before the completion of the acceptance of offers on the electronic trading platform.
Each submitted product sample for consideration must have the following information:
- names of the Participant's company;
- product names;
- serial number (in case of providing several samples in one category of goods);
- description of the main distinguishing features in the case of providing several different samples of goods.
In the absence of the required identification features, the Customer reserves the right to leave the samples without consideration.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
