Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment terms as agreed by the parties. Preference is given to suppliers who have offered a deferred payment of at least 30 days.
Delivery terms:
Purchasing by the Buyer from the Supplier's warehouse.
Supplier products shall be delivered in a single or multiple consignments according to the buyer's request.
The price for the supplied products in the offer should be indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation with rounding up to 1 ruble (without kopecks).
The product must be new, without damage, in a package suitable for transportation.
An indication to the manufacturer of the product is required.
The presentation of a passport / certificate for the product is mandatory.
Providing a guarantee for products is required.
In the event that the supplier of the goods is a dealer as part of the application, it is necessary to submit a dealer agreement.
The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties.
The participant must specify a specific delivery time for the goods from the moment the contract is concluded (10 days / 30 days, etc.)
The possibility of delivering the goods in the shortest time after the conclusion of the contract is the advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase.
