Payment terms:Delivery is carried out from the Supplier's own gas stations in St. Nizhneudinsk once in the fuel tanker Buyer. The price of the product is given including VAT -20%.
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Vendor's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods — within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The goods supplied must be new, not recovered.

Comments:
A PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN ELECTRONIC BIDDING - ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF THE BUYER. THE OFFERED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 30 DAYS. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
