Payment terms:Delivery is carried out from the Supplier's own filling stations in the city of Nizhneudinsk one-time to the Buyer's tanker. The price of the product is given including VAT-20%.
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered item must be new, not refurbished.

A MANDATORY CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION IN ELECTRONIC TRADING IS THE ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF THE BUYER. THE OFFER PROVIDED MUST BE VALID FOR 30 DAYS. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
