Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment for the fuel received within one calendar month, in the amount of 100% of its value, until the 20th day of the month following the reporting month, subject to the availability of properly executed and signed on both sides of waybills/waybills or other documents confirming the acceptance of the Goods, invoices for payment and no complaints about the quality and quantity of the goods.
Delivery terms:Export of diesel fuel from the tank farm is carried out by the Buyer (ATZ-11). The geographical distance of the Supplier's oil depot from the Buyer's production base (Yakutia, Aldan district, Verkhny Kuranakh village) should not exceed 60 km. The Supplier is obliged to ensure refueling of the ATZ tank within 1 (one) hour from the moment of its arrival at the Supplier's tank farm.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. Product passport. The price offer and the terms of delivery submitted through the functionality of the E-Marketplace must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY.
