Payment terms:Prepayment 30% of equipment cost. Pay 35% of the cost of equipment within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item. Final calculation within 60 calendar days from receipt of the item. Shipping is included in the price of the item.

- The purchase is made through the Trade-in program with a discount on old equipment. The number and types of Trade-in equipment is the same as the quantity and type of appliances purchased.
- All equipment supplied must be new, previously unused, not restored or assembled from restored components, free from third party rights and other encumbrances.
- All equipment supplied must be operational and provide manufacturer's functionality. All the necessary interface cords and power cables required for the equipment to operate must be included in the package.
- The characteristics of all equipment offered for delivery must be fully consistent with the characteristics specified in the TK.
- Certificates of metrological certification of instruments.
- Provide the Customer with technical support (a single free phone across Russia).

Required documents for contracting:
1. EGRUL Extract
2. A copy of the Value Added Tax (VAT) return with the receipt of receipt by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of State Registration
4. Tax Accounting Certificate
5. Official Dealer Certificate from Manufacturer
6. Tax and Fee Calculation Status Certificate, dated no more than 30 days to the date of grant.

8. Accounting for the most recent reporting period
This request procedure is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Promoter has the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Request Participants suggestions.
